Entry Qualifications
To become a Beach Lifeguard, the entry qualifications typically include the following:
Swimming Abilities:
You should be able to swim 400 meters non-stop comfortably. This demonstrates your endurance and ability to handle the physical demands of beach lifeguarding.
Swimming Strokes:
Proficiency in different swimming strokes is important. You should be able to swim 100 meters using the backstroke and 100 meters using the breaststroke. These strokes are commonly used in lifeguarding situations.
Run Swim Run:
You should be able to complete a 200-meter run-swim-run sequence, which involves running on the beach, swimming a designated distance, and running again. This demonstrates your ability to transition between different activities quickly.
English Speaking Skills:

Object Retrieval:
